2015 Mock NFL Draft

2015 NFL Mock Draft

As usual, there will be trades and plenty of mayhem that change this. Here is this year's attempt back again. Future Super Bowl champions will be made or broken on this big day. Excited to have it in Chicago!

1. Bucs - Jameis Winston - if not for off-the-field issues, there would be absolutely no question. He has the biggest ceiling to be a franchise QB. That's what you need of you are taking a signal caller at #1.
2. Titans - Marcus Mariota - his experience in a spread offense hinders his ceiling. He'd be best to sit a year and learn pro offense. Likely to get traded so will be interesting if it's Eagles, Jets or some other. Will probably throw the rest of picks here out the window.
3. Jaguars - Dante Fowler - Williams is probably best player in the draft but Fowler seems to fit the need for edge rush.
4. Raiders - Leonard Williams - would be a great scenario for them and an excellent pick. White or Cooper are the pick if Williams is off the board.
5. Redskins - Vic Beasley - nice replacement to Orakpo.
6. Jets - Amari Cooper - might be a surprise with Marshall and Decker but Cooper is a great value to give them a young #1. I also just don't think he makes it to the Bears, though I hope he does.
7. Bears - Kevin White - Cooper if he is still on the board. Could also trade down for Shelton (Cleveland).
8. Falcons - Bud Dupree - probably would have been Gregory.
9. Giants - Brandon Scherff - need to protect Eli.
10. Rams - Ereck Flowers - great upside.
11. Vikings - Trae Waynes - bigger need than WR (Parker) considering the QB's/WR's in NFC North.
12. Browns - Danny Shelton - great steal and big need.
13. Saints - Randy Gregory - some think he slips out of 1st round but seems like they are willing. If not, Collins to replace Evans also makes sense.
14. Dolphins - Todd Gurley - losing Dion Jordan hurts but shouldn't change things for a year. Gurley would have been top 5 if he didn't get hurt and should bounce back. Parker also likely.
15. 49ers - Arik Amrstead - need to replace Smith and McDonald.
16. Texans - DeVante Parker
17. Chargers - La'el Collins
18.  Chiefs - T.J. Clemmings - Andy loves OL.
19. Browns - Breshad Perriman - Bowe and Hartline not cutting it.
20. Eagles - Kevin Johnson - has to be secondary so him, Collins or Jones go here.
21. Bengals - Dorial Green-Beckham - need a 2nd target and character hasn't concerned them before
22. Steelers- Landon Collins - secondary needs. Collins is good player but poor in coverage.
23. Lions - Malcolm Brown - could also be Gordon but DT seems bigger need than RB.
24. Cardinals - Melvin Gordon - somehow don't see him getting this far but would be nice pick for them even though he doesn't quite have the size they covet.
25. Panthers - DJ Humphries
26. Ravens - Jaelen Strong
27. Cowboys - Byron Jones
28. Broncos - Andrus Peat
29. Colts - Cameron Erving - good teams don't make sexy picks, they take value and always protect their QB.
30. Packers - Eric Kendricks - DAMN the Packers. Good value at need for ILB or CB with PJ Williams
31. Saints - Phillip Dorsett - TE is need but none project to be #1 and this is a great fit to keep offense clicking for Brees.
32. Patriots - Eddie Goldman - Lose Wilfork and just reload. CB is glaring need after losing Revis and Browner so Williams or Darby would make sense.

*I don't have Shane Ray in here because I didn't see a team/spot/need that would pull the trigger. However, I don't believe he falls to the second round. Chiefs, Cardinals, Ravens, Broncos or Pats could all make sense.
