Daly Limo

Buyer Beware! Daly Limo does not understand what honoring a contract means. They called us at 11 am the day before our wedding and informed us the bus broke down. The first explanation was internal/under the hood. Upon further questioning, we were told it was interior. Lastly, it was something mechanical with the TV. Loose, dangerous, exposed wires when we said we didn't care about the TV. This was for a 20 person wedding party and all they offered was two cheap, stretch limos. I book standard limos all the time and gave them a shot because they had a good rate on the bus. Do not risk it because they overbook and do not hold their end up. I had to scramble to find a replacement, which cost me an extra $400 over the original $500 they were legally bound to. Needless to say, they have not offered a check or any concession for the mishap. I got a call the morning of our wedding and all they said was, "There is a note here to call you. I am not sure what we can do to help" Funny, because my contract said, "We don't promise. We deliver". I got none of that.

This was the only problem I had with our entire wedding. I highly recommend finding another reliable service.
